Your Team's Impact

Join our dynamic Implementation Team, where you'll efficiently manage onboarding projects for hedge funds and asset managers. You will communicate with external brokers to facilitate trade execution. Your work will have a significant impact, driving success and innovation across projects. What You'll Do
  • Efficiently manage onboarding projects for hedge funds and asset managers to successful completion.
  • Engage with clients to uncover their trading objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet business needs and requirements.
  • Communicate with external brokers to facilitate trade execution.
  • Configure trader accounts, environments, and trade routes.


What We're Looking For

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and languages.
  • Great interest and understanding of financial markets and the investment process.
  • Ability to work in a team setting and meet strict deadlines.

Desired Skills
  • Experience with databases and knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with Java and/or Python is a plus.

Salary is just one component of our compensation package and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications.

The budgeted amount range for this position in New York is $96,000 -$120,000
