Chico's FAS, Inc. is an American women's clothing and accessories retailer. The company was founded by Marvin and Helene Gralnick and is headquartered in Fort Myers, Florida. Chico's FAS operates three brands: its namesake Chico's, White House Black Market, and Soma. The company operates more than 1,500 boutiques and retail stores throughout the United States and Canada and sells merchandise through franchise locations in Mexico. Chico's FAS also has an online presence for each of its brands.
