  • Make recommendations to management on desirable additions, replacements, or changes.
  • Coordinate local operations to ensure proper chain of custody and security.
  • Plan capacity, managing throughput and system utilization for imaging processes.

Join our team as the Imaging Operations Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Branch and District Imaging Operations.
In this dynamic position, you'll oversee daily operations, streamline workflow processes, and uphold our high imaging standards. You'll assess facility performance and capacity, ensuring we consistently deliver excellence. As a key liaison for implementations, you'll represent the branch on DMS operations calls, driving impactful initiatives that enhance our services. Responsibilities:

  • Will assist when necessary support of batch classes based on need
  • Makes recommendations to management on desirable additions, replacements or changes
  • Coordination of local operations for proper chain of custody / security
  • Included as part of the operation responsibility is capacity planning which includes managing the throughput of each phase of imaging, system utilization including local disk, supplies and imaging process, insure the proper backup of all related components and maintain a proper DR process.

Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
  • Must have a Secret DoD Clearance (Tier 3) before starting. A US citizenship is required to obtain this clearance level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science; post-graduate education is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of computer experience, with 2-3 years in management and operations.

Reasonably expected salary range: $81,200.00 - $108,300.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
