Schedule & Location- Full-Time Position
- Monday, Tuesday & Friday: Mt. Vernon Clinic | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Wednesday & Thursday: Wayne City Clinic | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Daytime schedule promoting excellent work-life balance
What You'll DoAs an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive primary care services, including:
- Conducting patient assessments, physical exams, and health screenings
- Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical conditions
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Prescribing medications and therapies within scope of practice
- Providing patient education and preventive health counseling
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Promoting wellness and disease prevention initiatives
- Delivering evidence-based, compassionate care focused on positive patient outcomes
QualificationsEducationNurse Practitioner- Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Physician Assistant- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Licensure & CertificationsNurse Practitioner- Current Illinois Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure
- Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
Physician Assistant- Current Illinois Physician Assistant license
- PA-C certification
Required- Current CPR/BLS Certification
Preferred- ACLS Certification
- PALS Certification
Experience- Previous clinical experience in family practice, primary care, urgent care, or related healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and patient relationship-building skills
