Schedule & Location
  • Full-Time Position
  • Monday, Tuesday & Friday: Mt. Vernon Clinic | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Wednesday & Thursday: Wayne City Clinic | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Daytime schedule promoting excellent work-life balance
What You'll Do

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive primary care services, including:
  • Conducting patient assessments, physical exams, and health screenings

Education

Nurse Practitioner
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Physician Assistant

Licensure & Certifications

  • Current Illinois Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure
  • Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification

Physician Assistant
  • Current Illinois Physician Assistant license

Experience
