Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and junior staff in implementing behavior plans.
  • Conduct assessments to inform treatment strategies for clients.
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and team strategies.

Full Job Description

*This role is open only to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Only candidates meeting these criteria will be considered.*

 

Compensation

  • Clinical Supervisor $70k-75k

Monthly Performance Bonus:

  • Earn an extra $500 per month - just for providing your minimum monthly billable services! Monthly performance bonuses go up to $1300 per month, with a total yearly bonus potential of $16k.

Total Annual Compensation: Up to $91,000 per year!
