Qualifications

  • Certification as BCBA, BCaBA, or an RBT currently in a BCBA graduate program is mandatory.
  • Experience working directly in behavioral analysis with children is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and families.
  • Ability to design individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Proficiency in assessment tools and techniques appropriate for ABA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual clients.
  • Conduct assessments to identify client needs and progress.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to staff and family members on recommended interventions.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.

*This role is open only to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Only candidates meeting these criteria will be considered.*

 

Compensation

  • Clinical Supervisor $87k-95k
  • Senior Clinical Supervisor $93k-98k

Monthly Performance Bonus:

  • Earn an extra $500 per month - just for providing your minimum monthly billable services! Monthly performance bonuses go up to $1300 per month, with a total yearly bonus potential of $18k.

Total Annual Compensation: Up to $116,000 per year!
