Job DescriptionAs an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for providing customer-focused leadership and guidance to ensure a safe work environment, high-quality results, and strong productivity. You will also play a key role in mentoring and training team members, as well as supporting any individuals who may benefit from your expertise and leadership.
Job Requirements- Experience in residential and commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, heat pumps, rooftop units (RTU's), chillers, boilers, and ventilation systems
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex heating, cooling, and ventilation issues for both residential and commercial clients
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to customers in a clear and professional manner
- Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality work and maintaining professional standards
Qualifications- Valid EPA certification
- Valid HVAC license or the ability to obtain one
- Valid NM Driver's License with insurable driving record
