Full Job Description
As a HVAC Service Technician, you are responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and conducting warranty service. Maintaining effective communication with the office and customers along with keeping your company issued service vehicle fully stocked, clean, and organized.

What You'll Do:
  • Diagnose and Repair HVAC Systems: Put your expertise to work diagnosing and resolving issues with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. From identifying faulty components to implementing effective solutions, you'll be the hero our customers rely on to keep their systems running smoothly.
  • Perform Warranty Service: Handle warranty service requests with professionalism and attention to detail. Whether it's a covered repair or replacement, you'll ensure that our customers receive prompt and thorough service, leaving them satisfied and confident in our company's commitment to quality.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: As the face of our company, you'll interact directly with customers on a daily basis. From explaining complex technical issues in layman's terms to providing friendly and professional service, you'll go above and beyond to exceed our customers' expectations.


What You Bring:
  • Completion of high school education or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in the HVAC field (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
  • Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
