Qualifications

• Strong HVAC experience and knowledge of the trade
• Preferred foreman or crew-lead experience
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done right
• Required HVAC licenses/certifications as applicable

Responsibilities

• Lead an HVAC crew to ensure safety and efficiency on-site
• Read plans and effectively coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower
• Engage directly with your team to install, troubleshoot, and complete HVAC systems
• Coordinate efforts with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other trade professionals
• Train apprentices while holding the crew to high safety and quality standards
• Track daily job progress, hours, and site documentation
