HVAC Service TechnicianLocation: East Stroudsburg, PA
Pay: $35-$45/hour + Bonus & Commission Opportunities
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,500

Nauman Inc., now part of Ace Hardware Home Services, is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
We're looking for an experienced service technician who can independently diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, communicate confidently with homeowners, and deliver high-quality service.
What We Offer- $35-$45/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Identify the root cause of HVAC system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Complete authorized repairs accurately and efficiently
- Clearly explain system issues, repair options, and recommendations to homeowners
- Identify additional service, repair, or replacement opportunities when appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
- Provide a high level of customer service on every call
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule
- Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices
What We're Looking For- 7+ years of residential HVAC service experience required
- Strong residential HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting experience
- EPA Certification required
- Light commercial HVAC experience preferred
- NATE certification is a plus
- Ability to independently run service calls with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of heating, cooling, ventilation, and HVAC controls
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable discussing repair recommendations and additional service opportunities with customers
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required
Location RequirementsCandidates must live within approximately one hour of our East Stroudsburg, PA shop or be willing to relocate within that radius.
Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
