Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
• Must possess a 06A Training Card (Electrical Apprentice)
• Valid driver's license with no major violations in the last 3 years
• Proficient in using an iPad and Service Titan software
• Strong customer service skills for repair diagnosis and sales
• Experience with variable speed units and mini splits, including part replacements
• EPA Certification; NATE certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems effectively
• Utilize Service Titan software for service management
• Communicate repair needs and sell solutions to customers
• Perform necessary repairs, including parts replacement and refrigerant handling
• Provide top-notch customer service during repair visits
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
• Maintain company-provided equipment in good condition
