Selling Residential HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This role combines strong technical expertise with sales ability to help homeowners make informed, confident decisions about their comfort systems.
Responsibilities:- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Recommend and sell system upgrades, replacements, and maintenance plans.
- Clearly and honestly communicate system performance, repair options, and recommendations to homeowners.
- Work closely with dispatch and management teams to ensure efficient scheduling and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate service, sales, and customer documentation.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to upsell or close service-related sales.
- EPA Certification required; NATE Certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
