Full Job Description
The HVAC Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and successfully delivering HVAC projects from contract award through completion. This role manages project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, customer relationships, and overall project performance while ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and according to client goals. This is a remote position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage HVAC projects from generation through closeout.
  • Review project scopes of work, contracts, and equipment requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, equipment manufacturers, and field teams.
  • Monitor project costs, labor, materials, equipment, and timing.
  • Review and approve material and equipment quotes, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate equipment procurement and delivery to meet project schedules.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear status updates to clients.
  • Identify project risks, delays, scope gaps, and potential cost impacts, and develop corrective action plans.
  • Track project progress and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and address project issues professionally and promptly.
