What You'll Do:
Lead, manage, and support installation teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company quality standards
Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate workmanship, ensure adherence to installation procedures, and verify compliance with safety standards and building codes
Oversee project execution by managing labor, materials, and resources to drive cost efficiency while meeting deadlines
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Develop and manage daily and weekly schedules for installation crews, coordinating workloads to ensure timely and efficient job completion
Provide expert guidance on the installation of residential HVAC systems, including central air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems
Supervise system startups, perform performance checks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all systems meet operational and company standards before completion
Ensure all installations strictly adhere to national HVAC and electrical codes, as well as state and local regulations, maintaining a safe work environment at all times
Accurately complete and review all required documentation, including job details, system specifications, permits, and compliance reports
Utilize ServiceTitan or similar field service software to track job progress, manage workflows, and maintain accurate service and installation records
What You'll Bring:
3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (supervisory or management role highly preferred)
HVAC certification or formal training from a technical or trade school preferred; equivalent field experience will be considered
