Job DescriptionOur Field Technical Support Representative will provide
Commercial HVAC technical advice and training to customers including distributors and their dealers on the proper application, installation, operation, and service of our products. This position will serve our Northeast district. This position is field based within the Northeast region and must be based near a major US airport.
Responsibilities- Provide tier-one escalation support and diagnostic guidance for complex commercial HVAC and building control issues.
- Coach, mentor, and train our customers and HVAC technicians on best practices, safety protocols, installation, troubleshooting, and new technologies.
- Conduct site visits to investigate product failures, manufacturing defects, and to aid in training for customers.
- Act as the technical liaison between customers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues within the field.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications- Associates degree in technical field
- 5+ years direct HVAC or industry experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present training to large groups.
- Computer literate
- Must be able to full perform physical functions of this role, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, crawl, and climb.
- Ability to travel roughly 50% of the time.
HOW TO STAND OUT:
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- Prior instructor/training experience preferred.
- NATE certifications preferred.

Equivalent combination of education, experience, and skills may supplement above minimum job requirements.
The pay scale for this position $82,300 - $131,600. Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated, and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria.
