Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC field experience (6+ preferred)
• Deep technical knowledge for simultaneous diagnosis, repair, and coaching
• Proficiency with Measure Quick (MQ) inspections and correction processes
• Exceptional coaching and strong communication skills
• Computer literate, including MS Office and field service tools; ServiceTitan is a plus
• EPA Section 608 Certification - Type II or Universal required
• Clean driving record for the last two years and valid driver's license
• Able to pass background and drug screening upon offer

Responsibilities

• Conduct MQ inspections on completed installations, addressing airflow and refrigerant issues immediately
• Perform ride-alongs and job site quality checks to assess technician performance
• Coach and mentor installers and technicians in real-time for immediate improvement
• Analyze trends in callbacks and returns to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Serve as the technical authority on complex troubleshooting and critical job sites
• Collaborate with the Technical Supervisor to track quality KPIs and align training
• Assess technician competencies during the hiring and onboarding process
• Handle warranty calls and callbacks as necessary, working solo or with the team
