In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Incoming Quality Assurance department, ensuring incoming raw materials, components, and packaging meet the highest quality standards before entering production.

What Youll Work On
As the IQA Supervisor, you will:
Lead and develop a team responsible for incoming material inspections and quality verification activities.
Manage daily department operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, safety, receiving inspections, returns processing, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, quality systems, and company standards.
Partner closely with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations teams to support business objectives and maintain product quality.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve both individual and departmental goals.
Monitor department performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Support quality investigations, corrective actions, and audit activities as needed.
Maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.
Serve as a key liaison with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve quality concerns and drive improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or engineering discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to develop and engage teams.
Strong understanding of quality systems, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
5+ years of leadership experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Operations.
Experience supporting FDA-regulated environments.
Knowledge of quality management systems, audits, CAPA processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
