The Human Resources Manager position is based at our Arlington, TX facility and supports employees at our Garland, TX and other Dallas-Fort Worth locations.
The Role
The Human Resources Manager owns HR for every employee at every site and is the voice of our employees to leadership: the person our people trust to raise a concern, and the person leadership trusts to tell them what the floor really thinks. This role reports directly to the Owner.
What You Will Own
- Employee relations across all sites: open-door point of contact, investigations, conflict resolution, and fair, consistent corrective action
- Employee voice: regular floor walks, stay interviews, surveys, and site meetings; bring issues and recommendations to leadership and close the loop with employees
- Policies and handbook: one consistent handbook and set of HR policies across all entities, with site-specific addenda where needed
- Recruiting and onboarding for production, quality, and office roles in ADP Workforce Now; structured onboarding and training records
- Compliance: FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, I-9/E-Verify, OSHA recordkeeping support, and ITAR U.S. Person screening; support AS9100 training/competency records and CMMC personnel-security requirements
- Payroll, benefits, and leave administration in ADP in partnership with accounting
- Compensation structure, job descriptions, and the annual performance review process
- Retention and culture: track turnover, attendance, and engagement by site and drive programs that keep good people
