Human Resources Manager with extensive experience leading complex manufacturing and industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise plant leadership on all HR-related matters, with a focus on manufacturing workforce dynamics.
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies that support production and operational objectives.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, change management, and aligning organizational goals with evolving market demands.
- Oversee core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing sites.
Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required. Master's degree preferred
- Professional certifications, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or other relevant HR certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 7 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Comprehensive understanding of labor relations, workforce planning, and compliance in a production environment.
- Extensive expertise in compliance and risk management related to self-insured workers' compensation and employee benefit programs.
- High level proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and data analytics.
- Demonstrates strong business acuity with the ability to align HR strategies with manufacturing goals.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; high emotional intelligence and a people first mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality.
- Robust project management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
- Travel 40% plus additional as may be required by events, training, operations, etc.
