Job Description:

AriensCo is looking for a Human Resource Manager to lead a team of HR Business Partners supporting manufacturing operations across Brillion, Kenosha, and Shepherdsville. This role serves as a strategic partner to operations leadership, aligning people and workforce strategies with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, employee engagement, retention, and operational performance.

THE DAY TO DAY...

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners supporting manufacturing operations
  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to Operations and plant leadership.
  • Drive workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management initiatives
  • Partner with leaders to improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and retention
  • Provide oversight and guidance on complex employee relations matters and organizational risks
  • Utilize workforce metrics and business data to identify trends and recommend actions
  • Support leadership development and strengthen manager capability across the organization
  • Lead change management efforts related to business growth, organizational changes, and workforce initiatives
  • Ensure consistent application of HR programs, policies, and practices across all supported locations
  • Partner with HR team to implement enterprise-wide programs and initiatives


THE QUALIFICATIONS...

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • A minimum of 8 years progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience in a manufacturing or operational environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading HR professionals, preferably across multiple locations.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with leaders on organizational strategy, workforce planning, and talent initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and multi-state compliance.
  • Strong employee relations, leadership coaching, and change management capabilities
  • Ability to travel regularly between Brillion, Kenosha, Shepherdsville Kentucky
