Human Resources Director

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead comprehensive HR operations across our multi-site distribution, logistics, and supply chain facilities. In this vital leadership role, you will act as a key advisor to regional executives, driving human capital strategies that align talent initiatives directly with broader business objectives and operational growth.
- Collaborate closely with regional presidents and operational leaders to design and execute workforce strategies that support business goals.
- Guide complex employee relations, navigate EEO matters, oversee ADA accommodations, and manage performance counseling and resolutions.
- Maintain rigorous adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while championing safety and HR compliance across multiple distributed facilities.
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies, executive sourcing, and regional wage and salary administration.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally supporting multi-site environments within distribution, logistics, and transportation in the food distribution industry.
- Comprehensive expertise in employment law, organizational change management, workplace culture-building, and leading dispersed, multi-location HR teams.
