As the HR Business Partner supporting Mott’s High Purity business, you will serve as a strategic partner to business and operations leadership during a period of significant growth and transformation. You will translate business priorities into people strategies that strengthen organizational capability, improve workforce stability, build leadership capacity, and ensure the organization has the talent needed to deliver for our customers.
This role will work closely with High Purity leadership and the broader Human Resources team to move beyond transactional HR support and proactively identify and solve the people and organizational challenges impacting business performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Partner with High Purity leadership to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities, growth plans, and operational objectives.
Lead strategic workforce planning, identifying current and future workforce requirements, critical roles, capability gaps, staffing risks, and talent priorities.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to improve the quality, speed, and effectiveness of hiring for critical salaried and hourly positions.
Build stronger talent and succession pipelines by identifying critical roles, assessing organizational bench strength, and developing actionable succession and development plans.
Drive retention and workforce stability strategies, using employee data, turnover trends, exit insights, and business feedback to identify root causes and implement targeted actions.
Partner with leaders to strengthen onboarding, training, and employee development, ensuring employees build the capabilities needed to perform successfully and grow within the organization.
Provide coaching and counsel to leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, team performance, employee engagement, and talent decisions.
Support organizational design and role optimization, ensuring structures, roles, spans of control, and capabilities are aligned with evolving business needs.
Lead and support change management initiatives associated with organizational growth, new ways of working, leadership changes, and business transformation.
Use workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders.
Partner across HR to ensure effective execution of talent management, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and other enterprise HR programs.
Lead strategic HR projects from problem identification through implementation, establishing clear measures of success and ensuring sustainable results.

You will also gain significant experience connecting people strategy directly to operational performance — understanding how workforce capacity, capability, leadership, training, retention, and organizational design influence the business’s ability to deliver for its customers.
