Full Job Description
Van Pool Transportation LLCThe HR Business Partner helps align our organization’s people strategy with its business strategy. Together with managers, the HRBPs works on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results.

What You'll Do:

  • Be a People Champion: You'll be the go-to person for all things HR, from employee relations and investigations, labor relations, employee engagement, benefit questions, and problem solving. Your mission? To create a workplace where everyone feels valued and motivated. Strong knowledge in employment law is required for success in this role.
  • Drive Change: We're all about innovation and growth. You'll play a key role in shaping our HR strategies and driving initiatives that make a difference.

What We're Looking For:

  • HR Enthusiast: You have a solid background in HR (at least 3 years of experience with Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Compliance, and Benefits) and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.
