HR Business Partner (HRBP) [Hybrid]

$90,000 - $115,000

THE ROLE

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and employee champion, partnering with program leaders to align people's strategies with organizational goals. This role supports workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness while delivering exceptional employee experience across assigned client groups.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Partner with leaders to align workforce strategies, organizational goals, and people initiatives that drive business performance.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, professional development, and change management.
  • Lead employee relations efforts by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive culture.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other HR Centers of Excellence to support hiring, engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to identify workforce needs, succession planning opportunities, and critical talent development strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, while advising leaders on HR policies and best practices.
  • Analyze workforce trends and organizational needs to recommend solutions that improve employee engagement and operational effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with staff and managers across all NYC locations, serving as a trusted HR resource and advocate.


WHO YOU WILL BE

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Human Resources experience in an HRBP, Employee Relations, or Organizational Development role.
  • Previous Human Resources Business Partner experience required.
  • SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent development, and employment law.
