We9re looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our People Operations team. *Hands-On Workday Experience Required!
What You9ll Be Doing
The HRIS Analyst will support the administration and continuous improvement of Workday and People Operations workflows. This role will partner closely with the Talent Operations Specialist, HRBPs, Compensation, and other stakeholders to maintain accurate employee data, improve processes, support change adoption, and deliver a responsive internal customer experience.
This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, Hoboken, or Dallas, with an expectation of working in the office two days per week.
Your Key Responsibilities
Administer day-to-day Workday processes, including employee data changes, internal mobility, position management, and selected onboarding activities.
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely employee data.
Support Compensation with Workday processes, reporting, audits, data validation, and related projects.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and strengthen process controls.
Support HRBPs and People Operations partners with Workday questions, transactions, and issue resolution.
Support reporting, audits, testing, and data-quality reviews.
Recommend improvements to Workday business processes, workflows, reporting, and user experience.
Navigate ambiguity and exercise sound judgment when processes or requirements are not fully defined.
What You Bring to the Table
At least 2 years of hands-on Workday experience in an HRIS Analyst, HRIS Administrator, or similar day-to-day support role.
Experience supporting employee data changes, internal mobility, position management, reporting, audits, and/or onboarding.
Strong process-optimization mindset and a track record of improving workflows.
Experience creating or documenting processes and coordinating cross-functional projects.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
Customer-service mindset with clear, responsive communication.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and make practical recommendations.
Strong organization, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working in a global or multi-location organization.

Experience with Workday reporting, business processes, calculated fields, security, testing, or release management.
