About the RoleThe HRIS Analyst II is responsible for the administration and configuration of Human Resources Information System (HRIS), with a primary focus on Workday Learning and additional support across other HRIS workstreams as needed. This role also supports HRIS ticket resolution and standard reporting needs, managing data integrity, and providing in-depth support for HRIS-related issues. The HRIS Analyst II partners closely with HR, L&D, and IT teams to ensure the effective use of HRIS systems, while upholding HR processes, policies, and data privacy regulations.
This role involves administering and configuring Workday Learning to meet organizational learning and development needs and ensure optimal platform performance. It includes managing data integrity through advanced data management, data validation, and regular audits, as well as generating HR reports. The analyst triages and resolves HRIS and Workday Learning support tickets, troubleshoots issues, escalates as needed, and documents resolutions for future reference. The role requires troubleshooting HRIS issues and proposing effective solutions to maintain system reliability and efficiency. Additionally, this position provides training and support to HR users on HRIS functionalities and best practices, develops and maintains HRIS documentation such as user guides and standard operating procedures, and analyzes HR data to identify trends and offer insights to HR stakeholders. Participation in Workday releases is also a key responsibility, as well as supporting the development and execution of HRIS strategies to enhance HR processes and workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:- Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
- Typically 2+ years of related experience.
- In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems and their configurations.
- Understanding of HR processes and policies, including data privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with HR reporting and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in HRIS administration, including system configuration.
- Advanced skills in data management, data validation, and data integrity maintenance.
- Ability to generate complex HR reports and metrics using reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot HRIS issues and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage HRIS tasks and projects.
- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with HR and IT teams.
Preferred Qualifications:- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) or HRIS certification (e.g., HRIP).
- Extensive experience with HCM software, such as Workday, SAP, or similar systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in developing and delivering HRIS training programs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in project management and leading HRIS-related projects.
- Knowledge of HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users effectively.
- Experience in supporting HRIS system upgrades and implementations.
Compensation:Pay Range:
$78,249.00 - $107,592.00
Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
