Technology & Digital Capability
  • Leverages modern HR technologies, collaboration platforms, and analytics tools to improve decision-making, streamline processes, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel for workforce analytics, dashboards, KPI reporting, budgeting, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Experience using Atlassian Confluence and Jira to manage documentation, workflows, projects, knowledge management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise HRIS and payroll platforms such as ADP Workforce Now or equivalent systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Demonstrates a continuous learning mindset and embraces digital transformation to improve HR effectiveness.
