Housekeeping Director position is responsible for managing and overseeing the housekeeping and laundry services to ensure facility standards.
Housekeeping Director Key Duties- Develop and manage housekeeping and laundry programs, policies, schedules, and Dept. Of Health survey process
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Manage and train housekeeping staff in cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Handle scheduling, budgeting, and reporting related to housekeeping operations.
- Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
Housekeeping Director Qualifications- Minimum 2-3 years of Environmental Services experience in Nursing Home, Senior Living, Hospital, or Healthcare required.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
