What You'll DoYou'll partner closely with the General Manager to lead the front-of-house operation, ensuring every guest experiences the warm, welcoming hospitality Neighborly is known for.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading all front-of-house operations
- Coaching, developing, and inspiring hospitality team members
- Creating an exceptional guest experience during every shift
- Driving sales while managing labor and operating costs
- Leading daily pre-shift meetings and team communication
- Resolving guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Monitoring speed of service and operational execution
- Hiring, onboarding, training, and developing future leaders
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and brand standards
- Building systems and continuously improving operational processes

Qualifications- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience
- High-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Strong guest service and team leadership experience
- Restaurant365 (R365) experience is a plus
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, carry, and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
