Chief Hospitalist Opportunity Details:- 70% Clinical (10.5-12-hour shifts/month)
- 30% Admin Responsibilities
- Serve as the physician leader for 50 hospitalists, driving quality, operational, and patient experience outcomes.
- Mentor, coach, and develop hospitalist physicians while fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Lead physician recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.
- Partner with hospital leadership, medical staff, and community physicians to achieve organizational goals.
- Oversee key performance metrics, including quality, throughput, length of stay, patient satisfaction, and compliance initiatives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the hospitalist team and organizational leadership.
Qualifications • Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• 2-3 years of Hospital Medicine Leadership preferred
