MD or DO degree with board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in hospice or palliative care
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in hospice care
Responsibilities
