Hospice Executive Director / MarketerLocation: Corsicana
Full-Time | $80,000-$85,000 + Performance BonusWhat You'll Do:- Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
- Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
- Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.
- Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and services.
- Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
- Oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of your team.
- Maintain strong relationships throughout the community.
- Drive business development and sustainable census growth.
What We're Looking For:- Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience required.
- Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow hospice census.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of a market.
- Passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care.
