What You'll Do
Provide skilled physical therapy to patients in their homes
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Help patients improve mobility, strength, safety, and independence
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other members of the care team
Educate and support patients and their families throughout the plan of care

Qualifications
Washington Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain licensure before your first day
1-2 years of Physical Therapist experience
Current BLS certification
