Hammond, LA is seeking a
dynamic and experienced Home Health Executive Director - RN to lead the agency through its next phase of growth while ensuring continued excellence in clinical care, operations, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all clinical and administrative operations of the agency
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to manage patient intake, inquiries, and care assessments
- Supervise skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and regulatory requirements
- Direct billing, payroll, and data entry activities
- Develop and manage budgets while ensuring the financial success of the agency
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve organizational goals and maintain high standards of care
Qualifications- Registered Nurse (RN): Must hold a current, valid RN license in the State of Louisiana
- Home Health Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- At least one (1) year of full-time direct patient care experience in a home health setting
- Previous management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive results in a healthcare environment
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ethics & Teamwork: Commitment to high ethical standards and fostering a collaborative, team-oriented culture
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic medical records and healthcare management systems
