Director of Patient Care Services / Director of Nursing (Home Health)
On-Site/Field | Los Angeles and surrounding communities
$125k-$140k

What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage all clinical operations
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical managers and field staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Ensure full compliance with Medicare, Medi-Cal, and state home health regulations, including Conditions of Participation
  • Oversee OASIS accuracy, care planning, and documentation to support quality outcomes and appropriate reimbursement
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth, performance metrics, and process improvements
  • Serve as a clinical resource and trusted point of escalation for patients, families, and referral sources


What you bring:

  • Must have: Active RN license in California (BSN required; MSN or equivalent preferred)
