The Healthcare Superintendent will work with a team of experienced professionals supporting executive leadership, owners' representatives, and project teams in a fast-paced healthcare construction environment. This full-time, on-site role provides daily field leadership, coordinating subcontractors, materials, equipment, safety, quality, inspections, and schedule adherence while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
- Direct and manage subcontractors, ensuring their work meets quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
- Monitor construction processes to guarantee work is completed according to design specifications, codes, and standards.
- Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, infection control measures, and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison between project managers, architects, engineers, trade partners, and clients, providing regular updates and resolving on-site issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, change orders, inspection reports, and progress photos; submit regular reports to the project manager and stakeholders.

Position RequirementsQualifications:
- College degree in relevant industry or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years' experience in the construction industry with 5+ on healthcare-specific projects
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Advanced level of experience in construction industry software
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to travel as needed
