Position DescriptionThe incumbent will work with a group of talented professionals that support our executive team, business developers, owners' representatives, and project teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Traveling Superintendent will be on-site full-time and will be responsible for the day-to-day direct oversight in the field. These activities include coordinating all field activities with respect to all subcontractors, materials, equipment, safety, quality, schedule adherence and inspections. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate as needed across parts of North Carolina and South Carolina, as well as surrounding states.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Developing and Maintaining schedule of all subcontractors
- Ensuring each scope of work on project is completed per scheduled completion date
- Inspection preparation
- Subcontractor procurement and contracting
- Shop drawing and submittal process
- Proven track record of delivering projects to owners on time and within budget
- Implementation and constant compliance with Safety Program
- Safety plan implementation, quality assurance plan implementation
- Client satisfaction and overall project team relations

Position RequirementsQualifications:
- College degree in relevant industry or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years' experience as a Superintendent running jobs as a lead
- Ability to read and understand prints
- Advanced level of experience in construction industry software, such as Procore
- Experience with large-scale projects
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
