As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and dependable Healthcare Program Coordinator to join our remote team.

Position Overview

The Healthcare Program Coordinator provides administrative and project coordination support for healthcare programs and company initiatives. This position is well suited for an organized professional who enjoys coordinating schedules, communicating with multiple parties, maintaining accurate records, and keeping projects moving forward. The successful candidate will work closely with internal team members, clients, healthcare professionals, vendors, and other program participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative activities associated with healthcare programs and projects.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, calls, presentations, and program activities.
  • Maintain calendars, project timelines, spreadsheets, and tracking documents.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, healthcare professionals, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute meeting materials and program documentation.
  • Track assignments, deadlines, follow-ups, and outstanding action items.
  • Assist with meeting and event logistics.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and project files.
  • Enter and update information in company systems and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with preparing reports, summaries, and routine correspondence.
  • Follow up on outstanding requests and help ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to project teams.
  • Perform other duties related to program and operational support as assigned.
