Health System Pharmacist Supervisor, Pharmacy Compliance and Diversion Prevention.
Position Details:

Health System Pharmacist Supervisor, Pharmacy Compliance and Diversion Prevention Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with pharmacy and interdisciplinary leadership to develop and maintain policies and procedures
- Ensures compliance with regulatory bodies
- Provides oversight of controlled substance handling across the health system
- Leads efforts to prevent and detect drug diversion
- Participates in the multidisciplinary Controlled Substances Diversion Prevention (CSDP) Committee
- Supports site-level Diversion Response Teams
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Oversees regulatory compliance activities related to pharmacy operations across the health system
Certifications and Licensure:
- Required: Pharmacist - State of FL
- Preferred: Completion of ASHP Accredited PGY-2 residency in Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership, Medication Safety, or equivalent.
Requirements:
- Required: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Required Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in management and drug diversion prevention within a hospital or health system setting.
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership competencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Pyxis ES/Knowledge Portal.
- Experience with Cerner electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with drug diversion software systems.
