As the Head of US Sales Enablement, you will own the strategy for building and scaling seller capability across Amazon Shipping's U.S. Business Development organization. You will lead a high-performing Sales Enablement and Learning & Development team and define the mechanisms, curricula, tools, and standards that help sellers engage customers more strategically, navigate complex buying organizations, and accelerate opportunities from prospecting through close.
This is a highly visible leadership role at the intersection of sales strategy, learning, and commercial execution. You will translate business priorities and field needs into scalable enablement programs spanning onboarding, sales methodology, product and industry knowledge, coaching, leadership development, and continuous learning. You will partner closely with Business Development, Marketing, Product, Operations, and other cross-functional leaders to identify capability gaps and ensure sellers have the knowledge, skills, and resources required to win.
Success will be measured not by training delivered, but by seller performance and business impact: faster ramp, stronger sales execution, increased sales velocity, improved engagement with key buyer personas, and greater ability to win large and complex opportunities.
About You
You are a strategic sales enablement leader who turns commercial priorities into scalable seller capabilities. You think in systems and mechanisms, combining long-term vision with operational rigor to build programs that improve seller effectiveness and drive measurable business outcomes.
