Head of Strategy

Ellipsis Labs is seeking a Head of Strategy to join our team. Working directly with our co-founders and alongside our existing growth team, youll shape and execute our go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will: • Own growth strategy and execution for Phoenix across target user types (traders, market makers, integrators) and channels • Deploy capital into scalable, sustainable, and measurable growth strategies, including marketing and incentives • Raise the bar for operational rigor throughout the GTM organization Qualifications Required • Demonstrated rigor in written and verbal communication • Ability and desire to pick up context in a deeply technical domain where details matter • Strong work ethic and high agency • Bias toward reasoning from first principles • Hands-on experience in a go-to-market function Preferred • Experience in systematic trading, exchanges, and crypto • Experience managing and measuring user acquisition and marketing budgets • Familiarity with perpetual futures, derivatives, and on-chain trading
