About the Position
We're looking for a Head of Marketing to join our leadership team and build the next chapter of Parafin's marketing strategy. This role will own everything from brand to narrative to demand generation as we scale from fintech disruptor to category leader. This is a senior-level marketing hire who wants to both develop and execute on the marketing strategy and is willing to roll up their sleeves. You'll report to the CRO and partner closely with Founders, Product, and GTM teams. What You'll Be Doing:
Building a comprehensive Marketing strategy - develop and execute the company's overall marketing vision and strategy. Align marketing initiatives with business goals, product strategy, and revenue objectives.
Brand Management - Define and strengthen the company's brand, positioning, and messaging frameworks that make "Parafin-powered" synonymous with modern embedded finance that serves small businesses.
