About the Role:Turn LifeLock's growth ambition into a prioritized marketing roadmap and investment plan. Own the portfolio view across Brand & Growth, Acquisition, New Initiatives and Web, using customer insight, market data and rigorous business cases to align cross-functional partners and guide what the business does today and builds next.
Key Responsibilities:• Own the LifeLock Brand and Growth marketing roadmap and annual and quarterly planning across Acquisition, New Initiatives and Web.
• Lead the planning cadence for LifeLock's growth goals, including priority-setting, resource and investment alignment, and regular roadmap reviews with leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Drive prioritization and track progress across initiatives using clear criteria based on impact, investment, feasibility and strategic fit.
• Identify, size and prioritize growth opportunities across new channels, devices, promotions and customer segments.
• Build rigorous business cases covering market sizing, unit economics, channel potential, forecast scenarios and clear investment recommendations.
• Partner with Brand & Growth leads and Finance to validate assumptions, then track forecasts against actuals to improve business-case accuracy over time.
• Hand off approved opportunities to the Brand & Growth Initiatives team with clear success criteria and a measurement plan.
• Use AI and new tools to accelerate analysis, research synthesis and scenario modeling.
• Own a unified LifeLock research plan that brings together consumer, market and brand research needs across teams.
• Build and maintain a competitive insights program covering pricing, positioning and product propositions, and translate findings into roadmap implications.
• Partner with Insights and Analytics so portfolio decisions rest on reliable, agreed-upon data.
• Own strategy and mapping for key marketing levers across the LifeLock customer journey; identify friction and opportunity across trial and acquisition paths and turn them into prioritized investments.
• Give senior leadership clear, data-grounded recommendations on portfolio direction, investment trade-offs and strategic priorities.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the VP on long-range planning, business reviews and operating priorities.
• Build planning tools, templates and operating rhythms that make the broader team faster and better aligned.
• Manage and develop an Analyst responsible for modeling, data synthesis and planning support.
About you:Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, analytics or a related field preferred.
Experience: 10+ years across growth strategy, portfolio or product marketing, strategic planning or marketing planning, ideally in a technology, subscription or consumer business with a complex product portfolio; experience owning multi-year roadmaps and driving adoption across teams without direct authority.
Skills:• Strategic planning and roadmap ownership across brand, growth and product marketing.
• Business-case development, including market sizing, unit economics, forecasting and scenario modeling.
• Acquisition strategy experience, ideally in a subscription or consumer business.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Finance on assumptions, forecasts and P&L impact.
• Research agenda development, competitive intelligence and customer-journey mapping.
• Ruthless prioritization and trade-off framing across competing investments.
• Executive storytelling and clear, structured communication of complex decisions.
• Cross-functional influence, with the ability to turn strategy into plans with owners, milestones and accountability.
• Curiosity about AI and demonstrated use of AI to improve analysis, research synthesis or planning.
