Head of Growth

Scrappy • Agent-Driven • Evangelist

You run marketing hands-on. You know SEO, GEO, and paid cold. You run your own AI-agent stack for real work.

You're an evangelist at heart. You light up on a stage, behind a mic, and on camera, and you want to be the voice our buyers know before they book a call.

You'll own the demand engine at the agency that builds demand engines for others. No team to manage. No agencies to babysit. You and a growing library of agents.

We're not hiring a senior VP. We're hiring a seasoned individual contributor.

You've chosen to stay in the work: 5+ years doing it yourself, and zero interest in managing people.

01 • The Seat
Our demand engine, run by you and your agents.

What you own: acquisition channels (SEO, GEO, paid, LinkedIn ABM), owned media (blog, YouTube channel, positioning, brand), and live channels (webinars, podcast, industry events). All of it feeds the Head of Sales their 4 closes per month.

Evangelism is core to the seat, not a side project. You run a monthly webinar. You host our podcast and guest on the shows our buyers listen to. You own our YouTube channel: playbooks, process breakdowns, case studies. You travel to a few industry events a year as the face of the brand. Pipeline that shows up because a buyer watched a video, heard you on a mic, or met you at a booth is real pipeline, and it lives on your scorecard next to SEO, GEO, and paid.

What you inherit: a LinkedIn ABM motion already compounding, an SEO and GEO program with a full content calendar, the Predictable Growth methodology, in-house agent orchestration, and HubSpot Enterprise for CRM and marketing automation.

You report to and work closely with Mike, our President.

02 • About You
Seven things that have to be true. You've marketed to marketers before, at an agency, a professional services firm, or a B2B company that sells to a marketing buyer. That skeptical audience is ours.

01 - You work agent-first.Codex or Claude Code is your primary workspace. You've built agent chains that ship real work, and you run personal agents day to day: triaging your inbox, filtering your calendar, handling tasks you used to do by hand.

02 - You've personally run SEO, GEO, AND paid acquisition. That means keyword research, prompt-and-answer engineering, campaign builds, ad copy, landing pages, and reporting. You don't need a specialist to translate for you.

03 - You're a natural in front of a camera, a mic, and a room. You already do this regularly: hosting webinars, guesting on podcasts, shipping YouTube videos, or speaking at industry events. If building a personal brand as our evangelist energizes you, keep reading. If it drains you, this isn't the role for you.

04 - You're scrappy. You'd rather ship a rough version today than plan a polished one next week. When something breaks, you fix it before you escalate it. When you find a tedious task, your first instinct is to automate it, not to hire it out.

05 - You've carried a real pipeline number, not just MQLs. You've been accountable for qualified opportunities, cost per opportunity, and pipeline dollars.

06 - You're an individual contributor by choice. Your career plan is to keep your hands in the work, not to eventually manage people who do it.

07 - You've stayed 2+ years in each of your last two roles.

04 • How to Apply
Send us three things.

Share a 90-second video on why you're right for this seat, a link or screenshot of the AI workflow you're proudest of, and a link to a recent talk, webinar, YouTube video, or podcast appearance. Not a deck. Not a case study. The actual thing.

If it looks like a fit, you'll have three conversations, then an offer:

1. Screening: a 30-minute call to confirm mutual fit before we ask you to prep.
2. Show your stack: walk us through the AI-agent workflow you lean on most today. Screens, prompts, chains, outputs, and the outcomes it drove. We're hiring for how you think with the tools, not for how you talk about them.
3. Live build role-play: you audit one of our live channels and outline the agent workflow you'd build to fix it. Use whatever tools you want. We watch how you think and how fast you ship.

Screening to offer within 14 days on mutual fit.

We know people bring experience beyond what a job ad lists. If you're close to this profile, we'd still like to hear from you.
