The Role
We're looking for an Engineering Leader who can align, structure, and scale our engineering org while staying deeply technical. We're looking to build an org that runs at the speed of physics. You'll:
Translate the product roadmap into engineering execution.
Drive velocity by parallelizing work and unblocking constraints.
Get into the code when it matters.
Hire, mentor and grow top engineers into leaders.
Partner with product and design to ship with taste and speed.
