About the Role
The Head of Sales Enablement owns how Arcoro's customer-facing teams are onboarded, developed, and equipped to drive revenue growth. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, this role owns a dedicated Enablement function that leads go-to-market enablement outright for BDR, Account Executive, Solutions Consulting, and Account Management, and operates as a shared resource for Customer Success, Implementation, and partner-facing enablement.
In short, this role is responsible for raising the collective IQ of all GTM teams at Arcoro. During year one, this is a player-coach, individual-contributor role. The Head of Sales Enablement builds the curriculum and content library, facilitates the highest-value sessions personally, and orchestrates subject-matter expertise across the business to facilitate operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Build and run a structured, role-based onboarding and ramp path that takes new customer-facing hires from day one to first contribution with consistent quality
- Design and deliver ongoing skill development for tenured teams, including product deep-dives, industry and compliance updates, discovery, qualification, objection handling, negotiation, and value messaging
- Coach frontline managers to reinforce skills in one-on-ones and deal reviews so enablement sticks after the session ends
- Own launch readiness through a repeatable, Product-approved stage-gate process, with release tiering, for every meaningful release across Arcoro's product suite
- Establish a single source of truth for enablement content and collateral
- Build and govern the library of playbooks, battlecards, call guides, demo scripts, competitive material, and adoption collateral
- Own enablement technology and learning platform
- Own product positioning and messaging in partnership with Product and Marketing, keeping the construction-specific story consistent from a BDR's first call through a Customer Success adoption conversation
- Operate the RACI and chair cross-functional enablement so Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations stay co-invested in outcomes
- Partner with Revenue Operations so enablement content and training reflect the sales process, methodology, and overall sales process
- Deliver the twelve-month roadmap: establish baselines and quick wins in the first 90 days, then mature the function to drive further specialization and cross-functional impact
What Success Looks Like
- Faster, more consistent ramp to productivity across every customer-facing role
- Stronger win rates and expansion attributable to enablement programs
- Every meaningful release reaches customers with Product sign-off and teams ready to sell and support it
- A live, governed single source of truth that teams trust, find, and use
- Consistent, construction-specific positioning across reps, teams, and partners
- A clear RACI with named leaders accountable for outcomes in their domains
- A coherent customer experience from the first sales conversation through renewal
What We're Looking For
- Experience building or leading sales or go-to-market enablement in a B2B SaaS organization
- Track record standing up role-based onboarding and ongoing training curricula from scratch
- Experience owning product launch readiness in partnership with Product, including gates and sign-offs
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong facilitation, instructional design, and content development skills
- Ability to own positioning and messaging and hold a consistent story across teams and partners
- Comfort operating as a player-coach individual contributor with disciplined prioritization
- Outcome orientation - measures the work by ramp time, win rate, adoption, and retention rather than sessions run
