  • Establish and maintain a sustainable governance framework for allocation logic, documentation, approvals, and periodic review.
  • Partner with FP&A, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, Operations, and Technology to align allocation outcomes with management reporting, statutory accounting, and intercompany requirements.
  • Review allocation results, journal entries, intercompany impacts, and variance analysis to support close, quarterly reporting, budget, and forecast cycles.
  • Establish change-management and testing standards for model, driver, and system changes.

You May be a Good Fit if:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 8+ years in finance/accounting, including hands-on allocations / cost-modeling in a global, multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
  • Experience operating complex allocation or cost-allocation models across enterprise finance systems.
  • Strong grasp of intercompany, statutory vs. management reporting, and the accounting treatment of allocations.
  • Experience presenting senior finance leadership.
  • Project-management and process transformation experience.

What Would Make You Stand Out:
  • Experience designing, implementing, or optimizing allocation models in Oracle EPCM or a comparable enterprise performance-management platform.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM, SQL, Python.
  • Experience supporting SOX controls and complex internal or external audits, including preparation of walkthroughs, evidence and reconciliations.
  • Ability to communicate complex allocation methodologies and financial outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and coordinate decisions across regional controllers, Tax, FP&A, business partners, Finance Operations, auditors, and senior management.
