Q10 Quickbeauty Enterprise Inc. (dba Air Nova Salon and HC Haircut Xpress) is seeking three (3) Hair Salon Managers to join the team.

Permanent, Full-Time (30-40 hours per week). Shifts will be scheduled between 10AM and 8PM daily, as needed. $40.00 per hour.

Shifts may be scheduled at the following locations, as needed:

1. Air Nova Salon
Unit 1619 - 4567 Lougheed Hwy
Burnaby, BC, V5C 3Z6

2. HC Haircut Xpress
1070-4000 No. 3 Road
Richmond, BC V6X 0J8

3. Salon Lumiere
2127 - 3779 Sexsmith Road

Job Description
Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the overall operations of the salon;
• Schedule clients for special event/wedding appointments;
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints;
• Manage and complete budget and store inventory;
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies;
• Hire, train and evaluate new staff ensuring the job requirements are met;
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies;
• Establish work schedules and procedures;
• Supervise activities of workers;
• Implement policies and procedures for staff;
• Regular hairstyling (shampoo, cut, style, colour, blow-dry, etc.);
• Hairstyling for special occasions such as weddings;
• Analyzing hair and scalp and advising on care tips.

Requirements:
• Secondary school completion is required;
• Completion of a technical school or college program in hairstyling OR minimum 5 years of previous hair salon industry experience is required;
• Previous supervisory experience is an asset;
• English language ability is required.
