Context

We are looking to grow our Trackwork Design team and seeking Guideway Structures & Wayside - Engineers/Specialists (Intermediate & Senior)

Missions/Main Duties

• Lead the design of the guideway and trackform structural systems, including ballasted track, slab track, special trackwork, transitions, and related elements.
• Defineguideway loading design criteria, technical requirements, and structural design details.
• Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams, includinggeotechnical, structural, drainage, utilities, roadway, lighting, OCS, grounding and bonding, wayside equipment, alignment, noise and vibration, and cable containmentdesigners.
• Review and validatedrawings, specifications, and design calculationsto ensure technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Supportconstructability assessments, installation staging, and resolution of field issues during construction and installation.
• Provide technical input to ensure successful integration of guideway and trackform design with adjacent civil, structural, and systems interfaces.

Profile/Skills

Education/Experience - Bachelors degree inCivil EngineeringorStructural Engineering.

• 5 -10 years of experiencein guideway and trackform structural design forrail or LRT projects.
• Strong knowledge of the structural design oftrackforms, subgrade, drainage systems, and structural interfaces.
• Proven experience coordinating withstructures, geotechnical, drainage, utilities, roadway, and track systemsdisciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to review technical documentation and support design coordination across complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
